Delhi Style Kulcha | How to make Kulchas at Home | Plain Wheat Kulchas | Matar Kulcha

These typical Delhi Street Style Matar and Kulcha had always made me crave whenever i came across the picture on any social medias.
No way this is a replica of those gorgeous ones but yet a fulfilling feeling when i made these at home. Kept it guilt free by making with wheat / atta and didnt made it drip in ghee / butter. Also baked it to give that bread feel, its easy to make in stove top too. Have tried with baking soda / powder which is a easy task but yeast brought in that perfect texture which i was looking for.

Served these soft wheat Kulches with Matar Chole, Kachumber thinly sliced, Haree Chutney and Fried Green Chillies and Mango Lassi.

Ingredients:
What Flour - 2 cups
Semolina / Sooji - 1/4 cup
Instant Dry Yeast - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Curd / Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Warm Water as required to mix the dough

Method:
Mix all of the above in a deep bowl and make into soft dough.

Cover and allow to raise for 1 and 1/2 hours - 2 hours or until it almost doubles in size.

Divide into equal sized balls roll into medium thick sprinkle and press it on the top with fresh coriander and nigella seeds or as per your wish and allow to raise for 10 minutes.

Mean while heat the Oven to 180 C for 10 minutes. Place the small discs on to the tray or oven plate leave ample space to raise and bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the crust turns into brown.

Remove and apply ghee / butter or just simply serve it. Bake the remaining kulchas and serve it hot with matar chole.

While the launch of OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro took all the attention, the month of May is only halfway over. On May 16th, ASUS is touted to be launching the ASUS ZenFone 6, which will once again tackle OnePlus in the budget flagship market. Now, ahead of its launch, an official document has been leaked, showcasing the device’s specifications as well as some renders.
The ASUS ZenFone 6 has already won certain awards at the upcoming Computex 2019 Taipei International Computer Show. The leaked internal document showcases the device from multiple angles, as well as revealing a couple of key specifications.

ASUS ZenFone 6 Leaks

The highlight of the ASUS ZenFone 6 is the camera module here. ASUS is using a flip lens design, which constitutes a dual camera setup. The primary sensor is a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with a 13MP super wide-angle secondary sensor. The camera module is made of liquid metal, which reduces component weight by 20% and strength by 4 times. Additionally, the user can easily adjust the angle of the lens module for shooting.
Thanks to the unique camera module, the ZenFone 6 comes with no notch and minute bezels. It features a Full HD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6. Under the hood, there will be the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC with a huge 5,000mAh battery and support for QC4.0 technology. The display is an LCD panel and there will be a physical fingerprint scanner at the back.

ASUS ZenFone 6 Launch Date And Availability

The ASUS ZenFone 6 will be announced globally on May 16th. As of now, there is no word on what the device’s price would be. That said, we expect it to be around Rs. 30,000 mark. Nonetheless, stay tuned to Mr. Phone to get notified of everything happening in the smartphone world.

A healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve your health and well-being.
There are many different things that you can do to live a healthy lifestyle, such as
eating healthy,
being physically active,
maintaining a healthy weigh, and
managing your stress.
However, a healthy lifestyle isn’t just about healthy eating and exercise, it also about taking care of the “whole you” – your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. And, that means taking care of you from the inside out.

Important things you can do to live a healthy lifestyle:

Drink more water.

Most of us don’t drink enough water every day. Water is essential for our body to function. Did you know that over 60% of our body is made up of water? Water is needed to carry out body functions, remove waste, and carry nutrients and oxygen around our body. Since we lose water every day through urine, bowel movements, perspiration and breathing, we need to replenish our water intake. Since food intake contributes about 20% of our fluid intake, that means we need to drink about 8-10 glasses a day to stay hydrated.

One way to tell if you’re hydrated — your urine should be colorless or slightly yellow. If it’s not, you’re not getting enough water! Other signs include: Dry lips, dry mouth, and little urination.

Get enough sleep.

Lack of sleep may lead to a host of health problems including obesity, diabetes, and even heart disease. Continued lack of sleep can affect your immune system and make you less able to fend off colds and the flu. So, it’s important go get a good night’s sleep.

You can do things to help you sleep better at night. You can avoid stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine close to bedtime. Also, while alcohol is well-known to help you fall asleep faster, too much close to bedtime can disrupt sleep in the second half of the night as the body begins to process the alcohol.

Eat more fruits and vegetables.

Fruits contain lots of vitamins and minerals. As much as possible, you should consume your vitamins and minerals via your daily diet. Satisfy your palate with these nutritious fruits: Watermelon, Apricots, Avocado (yes, avocado is technically a fruit!), Apple, Cantaloupe, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Guava, Papaya, Strawberries.

Like fruits, vegetables are important for good health. Experts suggest 5-9 servings of fruits/vegetables a day, but unfortunately it may be difficult at times. However, when you can, include foods like kidney beans, black beans, asparagus, long beans, green beans, and carrots. Think about your favorite vegetables and how you can include more of them in your diet every day, and pick bright-colored foods. Fruits and vegetables with bright colors are good for health because they remove the things in our body that damage our cells. So, get your fill of fruits/vegetables of different colors: White (Bananas, Mushroom), Yellow (Pineapples, Mango), Orange (Orange, Papaya), Red (Apple, Strawberries, Tomatoes,

Exercise

Exercise can also help you sleep better at night. As little as 10 minutes of aerobic exercise, such as walking or cycling, can drastically improve nighttime sleep quality but please avoid strenuous workouts close to bedtime

The etiquette of Indian dining varies with the region in India.
Typically, both in urban and rural  Indians wash their hands prior to dining, then eat with their fingers, without any cutlery. This practice is historic and premised on the cultural premise that eating is a sensual activity, and touch is part of the experience along with the taste, aroma of the food, and its presentation such as on a Thali, or on a large plate made from washed banana leaf, or stitched and washed leaves. Traditionally, the fingers are also used to feel the temperature of the food to one's taste and to combine flavors.
In North and West India, eating with hands is less common. People pick up rice and other food items with a spoon, assisted by a fork to push the food along. At the same time, they tear small portions of bread (RotiNaan) folding it into a small pocket to scoop a desired amount of food. Tomatoes, raw onions and cucumbers, which accompany food, may be eaten with the fingers, as may other dry items such as papads (the North Indian name for the item known as papadum in the south). The knife is not used as cutlery: most food is prepared to be of bite size; where large items, e.g. a chicken leg, are served it is acceptable to eat with one’s hands.
In rural settings, sitting down together on floor mats in comfortable clothes is common. In restaurants and hotel settings, tables and chairs are typical. Many urban, upper-middle class homes also do the same
